Tell us the real deadline
Include the date and time the shirts must be received, not only when printing should finish. Describe the event or use and whether the quantity, color or garment choice has flexibility.
Prepare one clear garment list
List each style, color, size and quantity. Assign garments sharing a design to the same artwork group. Separate different designs so staff can evaluate the job accurately.
Attach the best original artwork
PNG or JPEG files up to 10 MB can be uploaded privately. Add placement and dimension notes. A screenshot or enlarged small image may need additional review; uploading it is not production approval.
Match the deadline to a reviewed option
Same-day and next-day use a 9 AM cutoff; two or more days use 2 PM, subject to early closures. Local stock, artwork approval, payment and production capacity must support the selected option. Emergency service is not a guarantee that every request can be fulfilled.
