Shipping
Shipping charges are reviewed for your order and destination, then shown in the quote. There is no automatic free-shipping promise or carrier-rate calculator in this ordering flow. Check the shipping address before approving. A destination change after approval may require a new quote and tax calculation.
Production turnaround does not include carrier transit. Share the date you need the shirts in hand so staff can review both production and delivery. Ask us about the shipping service and tracking arrangements for your project; an unconfirmed estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Pickup locations and discounts
Pickup savings apply once per order to garment and decorating charges, capped at that value. They do not reduce screen fees, the small-order fee or rush charges. Choose the location before your quote is finalized. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready at that location before traveling; partner-location availability can differ from the production completion time.

Tax and timing
The current site pricing adds 7% tax to Indiana shipping destinations and pickup orders. Other shipping destinations do not receive Indiana tax. Billing address alone does not determine the rate. Applicable shipping charges are included in the Indiana taxable total.
Same-day/next-day approval and payment cutoff is 9 AM Indianapolis time; two or more production days use 2 PM, subject to earlier closing days. The approval/payment day, weekends and scheduled closures are excluded from next-day and longer production counts. Staff confirms the actual completion date. Same-day work also requires verified local stock and capacity.
