Custom orders are not returnable
Every order is custom made for you and has no resale value. We do not accept returns.
Check carefully before approving
Carefully review your entire order and proof for accuracy before approving, including garment styles, sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, logos, artwork, print dimensions and placement. Request corrections before approval. Details you approve are your responsibility. An order that matches your approved order and proof is not considered incorrect because you approved an unintended size, color, logo, placement or other detail.
Changes and cancellations
Orders cannot be edited or cancelled once approved and paid. Before that point, contact us about corrections or use the cancellation control for an unpaid request when it is available in your account.
Something is wrong with your order?
Email info@aplusimages.com or call 463-895-5911. Include your request/order number, a description of the concern, and clear photos when relevant. Keep the garments and packaging available for review. Contact us before sending a return so staff can confirm instructions.
If we make a mistake, we will make it right
If the product you receive does not match your approved order and proof because of an error on our part, we will make it right. Contact us so we can review and arrange the appropriate correction. This does not cover details that were incorrect in the order or proof you approved.
