Choose the turnaround your project needs
Request a production turnaround in the order workspace. Same-day and next-day have separate requirements; options of two or more business days give staff a different planning window. Every requested date needs confirmation.
Two or more days use a 2 PM cutoff
For turnaround of two or more business days, approval and payment must be complete before 2 PM Indianapolis time. Scheduled early-closing days can have an earlier cutoff. Same-day and next-day requests use 9 AM.
The starting day does not count
On an ordinary open Friday, approval and payment by noon followed by Monday as day one and Tuesday as day two is a two-business-day turnaround. Weekends and published closures are skipped.
Keep the request specific
Include sizes, colors, quantities, artwork, print placement and the date you need the shirts received. Mixed garments and multiple designs can affect the production plan. Staff select the printing method and confirm what is feasible.
