Information used for your project
We use account and contact details, billing/shipping information, garment selections, quantities, artwork uploads, messages, quotes, proof approvals and order/payment records to review and fulfill your project and provide support. Passwords are stored in a protected form rather than as readable text. You should not include card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in artwork or messages.
Private artwork and account access
Original artwork and proofs are kept outside the public website’s media directory and are accessed through authorization checks. Our staff can review files to prepare and fulfill your project. Keep your sign-in details and password-reset links private. Workflow emails direct you to sign in to review proofs; the files are not attached to those emails.
Payments and service providers
Square provides the card-entry and payment-processing service. Shirt Responders receives payment status and transaction references; it does not store full card numbers or card security codes in its order workspace. See Square’s consumer privacy notice.
Website hosting, security, email delivery and necessary fulfillment services support the site and your order. The site is hosted by Kinsta. Supplier inventory requests use garment identifiers and quantities to check availability. Order information needed for shipping or a selected pickup location is used to arrange fulfillment. Supplier photos and brand images may load from external image services, which receive the network information needed to serve them.
Cookies, logs and emails
WordPress/WooCommerce cookies support sign-in, account sessions and ordering. Hosting/security services may record IP addresses, request details, browser information and technical logs. Account creation is rate-limited to reduce abuse. Necessary account, request, proof, payment and fulfillment emails help us operate your order. This notice does not enroll you in marketing emails.
Retention and requests about your information
We retain account, project, artwork and transaction records as needed for support, fulfillment, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access to, correction of, an export of, or deletion of your information. We verify requests and explain any records that must be retained. An account or file deletion request does not erase payment-processor records automatically.
